The long term goal of Fohla Security Solutions (FSS) is to improve the quality of security service by offering first class guarding, training of various courses offered by the experienced former commissioned officers of the South African Police Service and the South African National Defence Force.
THE COMPANY
Fohla Security Solutions is an independent 100% one black man owned Security Company. It was established in June 2018, its registration is 2018/284296/07 and PSIRA registered as per No. 2869790 T-1540. It boasts with a combined 50 years’ experience in the law enforcement environment.
We provide a world class compliance monitoring services thus ensuring that the Service Level Agreements of the clients are adhered to. We offer the unique security intelligence whereby we identify the modus operandi of the potential criminals and thus embark on the counter action majors.
The training of security guards for grades E, D, C, B, A as well as specialised courses are in place at our company. We are the only company in South Africa that offers the refresher courses for the security officers and create a data base whereby we assist them in job placement.
The training of Law Enforcement Officers Course is also in place. The Course South African Qualifications Authority ID No. 377224: Peace officers/Law Enforcement/ Traffic Warden is in place whereby the Business Inspectors, Health Inspectors, Liquor Inspectors, Drainage Inspectors, Traffic Wardens, Informal Traders Inspectors and many more are trained in order to become Law Enforcement Officers/Peace Officers/ Traffic Warden. The Director is directly involved in this field as he was the instructor at Durban Metropolitan Police.

Mduduzi Simon Xulu is a 55 year-old man who holds the following credentials:

THE MARKET
Our market is based to the unemployed persons who want to be employed as security officers and thus contribute in the fight against crime.
We are the only training provider who offers a refresher course to the already qualified or registered security officers, as we all know that the criminals are advanced with their evil ways and their methods of operation changes from time to time. We then register the security officers on the data base and assist them in job hunting.
We also cater for the government institutions by training their would-be Peace Officers so that they can be attested by the South African Police Service in order to gain the Peace Officer status. We do train the government employees privately who would like to climb the ladder of becoming the peace officers.
The commercial, residential and business community will be assisted in safe guarding their premises through the intelligence-driven operations offered by the professional, experienced cream of the crop personnel whose skills are polished at our first class training academy. Our compliance monitors have, apart from being qualified as grade B, successfully completed a two week compliance monitoring course. Our system is able to identify the client’s Service Level Agreement’s non-compliance and send a sms and an email to the manager and the problem is resolved at an early stage.
